We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who brings deep knowledge of HVAC system design, commissioning, and field implementation—someone who understands how buildings operate in the real world and is excited to help optimize them through cutting-edge AI solutions.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between traditional HVAC engineering and next-generation smart building technology. You will assess and interpret existing mechanical systems, support the integration of our AI-driven control platform, and collaborate closely with software engineers and our global deployment team to deliver measurable energy savings and improved occupant comfort.

The role is based in Montreal

5-10 years of relevant experience in HVAC Engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.

Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license – preferred but no required

Deep understanding of engineering principles (Thermodynamics, Psychrometrics, Heat Transfer, Refrigeration Cycles, and Building Automation Systems) ·

Proven and meaningful experience in HVAC applied system design and/or commissioning.

Strong technical understanding of mechanical system design and controls. ·

Demonstrated record of stable and successful employment history.
