- Lead and define visual standards, frameworks, and best practices across CARMA
- Ensure consistency and quality across branding, marketing, RFPs, analytics, and client deliverables
- Act as the visual authority for storytelling and design across the business
- Design and oversee executive level PowerPoint presentations, templates, and visual systems
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, persuasive visual narratives
- Build advanced presentation structures and interactive elements directly in PowerPoint
- Lead the design of dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical reports for internal and client use
- Apply best practice visualization principles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact
- Develop custom charts and visual formats to support advanced reporting needs
- Drive automation of visualization workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Partner with analytics and technical teams to align visualization with data pipelines
- Support data migration initiatives while maintaining visual integrity

- Advanced PowerPoint expertise (mandatory)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capability
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Illustrator); web based tools a plus
- Solid understanding of analytics, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
- 8–10+ years’ experience in visualization, analytics, or design led roles
- Experience in media, analytics, or data intensive environments preferred

Role Overview
- The Visualization Lead will own and lead CARMA’s visual practice, shaping how data, insights, and ideas are presented across analytics, marketing, commercial proposals, and client deliverables.
- This role is responsible for transforming complex information into clear, compelling visual narratives that support strategic decision making, brand consistency, and business growth.
- The role requires strong expertise in modern, interactive data visualization, advanced presentation design, and scalable visualization workflows.
- The successful candidate will set visual standards across the organization while remaining hands on in delivering high impact presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports.
