- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments
- Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (e.g. Excel, databases, SharePoint, Google Sheets, internal tools)
- Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Build clear, user friendly dashboards with well structured data models behind them
- Optimize dashboards for performance, readability, and ease of maintenance
- Manage access permissions and security settings for dashboards
- Provide basic training to teams on how to use and interpret dashboards
- Support periodic data updates and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Requirements
- 1–4 years of hands on experience building dashboards in Power BI
- Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M language)
- Ability to clean, structure, and transform raw data into usable formats
- Solid understanding of visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Google Sheets, SQL, or APIs is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Must be based in the UAE and available for on site collaboration as needed
