About the Role
Christian Dior is seeking a Visual Merchandising trainee to join the regional VM division in Dubai. The trainee will support the implementation of retail marketing strategy, manage visuals and movie loops, create planograms, and assist with point-of-sale openings.

- Order, manage and share visuals and movie loop content
- Create visuals updates simulations for selected doors
- Maintain the VM database with latest POS information
- Review visuals allocations for trade animations
- Create forecasts and follow up on POSM for skincare launches
- Update skincare planograms on IWD
- Share VM guidelines for skincare updates
- Assist with VM for point of sale openings
- Create internal VM newsletter
- Collect reports on VM installations
Requirements
- University or business school degree
- First experience in Project Management or VM
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred: Adobe Suite and IWD
- Eye for detail and proactive
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English

Position Overview

- The Visual Merchandising trainee will join the regional VM division within the Marketing department based in Dubai and report to the Senior VM Manager.
- The VM trainee will work closely with the Regional VM Team and various internal departments.
- He/She will support the implementation of the retail marketing strategy across all markets.

- Fluent in English.
