Position

  • Reports to: Boutiques Manager
  • Responsible for: Sales Team
  • The Boutique Manager shall have supervisory responsibility for one of the Christian Dior Boutique and ensure its position on the market, managing all aspects of a store business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Commercial Performance and Team Management: Responsible for achievement of annual sales goals; ability to effectively manage a sales force; provide and inspire outstanding service; oversee assigning of monthly sales goals; review status of sales associates’ clientele development; oversee preparation
  • Clientele Service and Management: Coordinate and actively participate in in store promotions; develop customer database; enhance customer sales service; organize and coordinate events with Head Office; train team on after sale to develop their own database.
  • Product and Stock Management: Provide accurate report, feedback and recommendations to Buying Team; coordinate seasonal product trainings and product launches; meet target stocks rotations and sell through; optimize organization of stocks; allocate stocks according to needs; minimize stock losses.
  • Process Management: Adhere to and oversee compliance of established Company policies and standards; conduct regular inventory cycle counts; review operational reports; review paperwork pertaining to receiving, transfers, MOS/damages, returns to vendor; ensure adequate security; conduct quarterly eme

Profile

  • Organization: ability to effectively manage a multi store network; understand and apply all company policies and procedures; operate all equipment necessary.
  • Management: ability to develop, motivate, and train team; recruit according to Dior standards; effectively delegate tasks; maintain fair standards; adjust priorities; maintain records; communicate clearly; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Retail Knowledge: ability to understand and analyze financial details; handle multi million dollar sales volume; work full time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; be a Brand Ambassador; sense of initiative and commercial creativity; strong knowledge of luxury industry; 5+ years of re
  • Customer Orientation: ability to provide outstanding customer service in line with Dior expectations.
  • Enthusiasm: pride of belonging, passion for the product.
