Responsibilities
- Manage and execute visual merchandising standards across multiple stores within the assigned cluster/area
- Ensure all stores follow brand VM guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and window displays
- Plan, implement, and monitor store layouts, mannequins, signage, and product displays
- Conduct regular store visits and audits, providing feedback and VM training to store teams
- Coordinate with store managers and head office for campaign rollouts and VM updates
- Analyze sales performance and adjust visual strategies to maximize sell through
- Train and guide store staff on VM execution and maintenance
- Ensure timely execution of promotions, new launches, and seasonal changes
- Maintain visual standards while managing VM tools, props, and materials
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser / Area or Cluster VM in retail (fashion preferred)
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail trends
- Ability to manage multiple stores and travel within the assigned area
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sales analysis and commercial VM is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in visual merchandising, visual communications or similar
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative Retail Visual Merchandiser that develops and implements all visual merchandising programs.
- Leads the design of in store visual displays in support of the organization’s sales objectives.
- He/She created effective displays and shopping experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfactions.
- Visits store locations in an assigned region to communicate merchandising strategy and ensure quality of display implementations.
