- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores
- Design and execute attractive product displays, window displays, and promotional areas
- Ensure all visual presentations align with the company's brand guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor display quality and compliance
- Collaborate with Store Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Analyze store layouts and recommend improvements to maximize customer engagement and sales
- Monitor the condition of display materials, fixtures, and signage
- Stay updated on furniture retail trends and competitor activities
- Travel regularly between cities and store locations as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser
- Previous experience in the furniture or home furnishing industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between cities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus

Role Overview

- The successful candidate will ensure consistent brand presentation across all store locations, support sales growth, and maintain the highest visual standards.
- This role requires frequent travel between cities to support multiple branches.
