Visual Designer - KSA

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create campaign posters, banners, in-feed advertisements, landing-page visuals, and other assets for user acquisition and growth initiatives.
• Apply Arabic typography and right-to-left layout standards while considering religious sensitivities, Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, and local customs.
• Translate financial and investment product features into compelling visual communications for local audiences.
• Collaborate with headquarters design teams and manage designs from briefing through concept development, revisions, finalization, and delivery.
• Use local user feedback to optimize visual styles and document reusable market-specific design elements.
• Incorporate AI-powered tools into daily design workflows to improve creative-production efficiency.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of visual design experience in the internet or financial services industry, with international or Middle Eastern market experience.

Professional Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong motion design skills or experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is preferred.
• Strong sensitivity to color psychology, typography, visual aesthetics, and culturally relevant localized design.

Language and Communication

• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency, including Modern Standard Arabic and major Gulf regional varieties.
• Fluency in English or Chinese for business communication with international and headquarters-based teams.
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across time zones.

Business Understanding

• Interest in and basic understanding of investment and finance.
• Knowledge of local audience aesthetic preferences and advertising communications.
• Deep understanding of and respect for Islamic culture, religious practices, and social customs across Arab countries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Asian companies or internet businesses expanding into international markets is preferred.
• Proficiency in mainstream AI design tools is preferred.
