BCG X is hiring a visiting Forward Deployed AI Engineer intern for its Middle East engineering team.
The role involves building next-generation AI solutions and partnering with clients across regions, industries, and topics such as climate change.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable AI solutions across industries and client engagements.
- Contribute across the full software development life cycle.
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers.
- Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university master’s or PhD degree program.
- The program must be in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Candidates should have a passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-led organizational transformation.
- Candidates should be problem-solvers who are intellectually curious across industries and topics.
