Join the engineering team to build the next generation of AI solutions.
Partner with clients across BCG regions and industries on topics including climate change.
Work across the full analytics value chain, from framing business challenges through deploying solutions and enabling adoption.
What You Will Do
- Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software.
- Participate in every part of the software development life cycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers.
- Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a university master's or PhD program in computer research science, data science, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
- Have Python programming experience.
- Have a passion for software development and large-scale data analytics.
- Be a natural problem-solver and intellectually curious across industries and topics.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interacting directly with clients.
