BCG X teams manage the analytics value chain from framing challenges through algorithm design, implementation, deployment, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development standards.
- Participate in every part of the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize algorithm and software design efficiency.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development practices.
- Work directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference contributions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university master’s or PhD degree program in computer science, data science, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
- Candidates should have a passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-led organizational transformation.
