The engineering team builds the next generation of AI solutions for clients across regions and industries.
The role covers the analytics value chain from framing business challenges through algorithm design, implementation, deployment, and client enablement.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions for clients.
- Partner with clients on innovative solutions, including work related to climate change.
- Develop scientific thought leadership, papers, and conference content on behalf of BCG X.
- Apply software development practices to create robust and maintainable software.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Optimize computational efficiency in algorithms and software design.
- Collaborate with team members on software design and solution ideas.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a master’s or PhD program in computer research science, data science, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
- Candidates should be passionate about software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-led organizational transformation.
