Role Overview
Provide remote administrative and data-entry support while managing information accurately and professionally.
The role is intended for someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and complete assigned work on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets, databases, online systems, and company records.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, formatting, duplicate records, and missing information.
- Perform routine administrative and virtual assistant duties.
- Organize digital files, folders, documents, and records using established naming and filing procedures.
- Prepare, format, edit, and update documents, reports, spreadsheets, and business materials.
- Manage email correspondence, routine inquiries, calendars, appointments, reminders, and basic coordination.
- Transfer information from source documents into designated systems accurately.
- Conduct online research, compile information, maintain task lists, and provide progress updates.
- Assist with document processing, record keeping, and database maintenance.
- Follow procedures for confidential information and report data discrepancies for correction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
