Job Summary

Serves as a primary customer contact by providing timely assistance, answering questions, resolving concerns, and supporting a positive customer experience.

The role requires communication, patience, organization, dependability, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Responds to inquiries through phone calls, email, live chat, social media, and other communication channels.
Provides information about products, services, policies, pricing, orders, and procedures.
Resolves questions and complaints and processes orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and account updates.
Maintains CRM records, follows up on unresolved matters, and escalates complex or sensitive issues.
Collaborates with sales, operations, billing, technical support, and other departments.
Educates customers about products, promotions, and solutions and meets service, quality, satisfaction, and productivity standards.
Protects confidential information, identifies recurring concerns, and communicates feedback to management.
Stays informed about company products, services, policies, systems, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
