- Greet VIP Guests upon Arrival with a warm welcome, ensuring their Journey at FIVE is sensational.
- Proactively acknowledge and remember Guest Preferences, maintaining meticulous Guest History records.
- Take and deliver Food and Beverage Orders accurately and efficiently, considering special dietary requirements.
- Present menus and make knowledgeable recommendations based on Guest Preferences.
- Ensure a Seamless Dining Experience for VIP Guests, anticipating their needs and fulfilling special requests.
- Assume Ownership of Guest Concerns and Requests, displaying top notch Responsiveness.
- Efficiently Process Billing and Payments while adhering to FIVE's Control Procedures.
- Contribute to a Luxurious Dining Experience by working Collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Team.
- Assist in the lavish Table Setup and help maintain the Dining Destination's overall Cleanliness and Atmosphere.
- Utilise remarkable Sales Techniques to upsell and promote bespoke Services and exclusive Special Promotions.
Requirements
- Previous experience of 1 2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a VIP Waiter / Waitress is a plus
- Professional, Insta Worthy Appearance, adhering to FIVE's Grooming Standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
