Role Description
The Insurance Associate supports daily insurance operations, including policy administration, customer service, claims support, renewals, documentation, and coordination with clients and insurance providers.
The role ensures insurance processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with insurance applications, policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Review and verify customer information and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate policy records, customer files, and insurance documentation.
- Assist with claims registration, documentation, follow-up, and status updates.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor policy expiry dates, renewals, payments, and outstanding requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries about policies, coverage, claims, and procedures.
- Assist with quotations, policy amendments, and insurance-related requests.
- Identify and resolve documentation errors, policy discrepancies, and processing issues.
- Prepare insurance reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
- Ensure insurance activities comply with company procedures and applicable regulations.
- Support improvements in policy processing, customer service, claims handling, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
