Work Arrangement
- The position is part-time.
- The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP and high-value clients.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client preferences and priorities.
- Respond to client requests, questions, and special arrangements.
- Coordinate personalized services, appointments, reservations, and experiences.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain records of client preferences, interactions, requests, and follow-up actions.
- Anticipate client needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
- Handle complaints and sensitive situations with discretion.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify experience improvements.
- Provide management with client feedback and service recommendations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant VIP service, concierge, luxury hospitality, client relations, or account management experience is preferred.
- Strong premium customer service and relationship-management knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, spreadsheet, and digital communication tools is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required.
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion is required.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to communicate with international clients are required.
- Candidates should be proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to work independently.
