About the Role
The LMS Administrator manages and supports the day-to-day operation of the organization’s learning management system.
The role supports learners, instructors, administrators, and professional development programs through reliable and accessible digital learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the learning management platform and user accounts.
- Create, configure, update, and archive courses, programs, learning paths, and user groups.
- Manage learner enrollment, permissions, access levels, and account requests.
- Support instructors with course setup, content, assessments, and digital resources.
- Monitor platform performance, user activity, completion data, and system issues.
- Troubleshoot routine LMS problems and coordinate technical issues with support teams.
- Maintain user, course, training, and reporting records.
- Generate activity, participation, completion, and performance reports.
- Support integrations, system updates, testing, and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and basic training to platform users.
