About the Role
GR8 Real Estate is hiring a creative Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality content for luxury real estate marketing. The role involves shooting, editing, and managing video content across social media platforms.

Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high quality real estate property videos
- Produce engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Create cinematic property walkthroughs, agent profile videos, lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns
- Develop creative content ideas and stay updated with the latest social media trends
- Coordinate with agents and the marketing team to plan and execute weekly content calendars
- Capture developer events, launches, open houses, client testimonials, and company events
- Edit videos with professional transitions, colour correction, motion graphics, subtitles, and background music
- Ensure all content aligns with GR8 Real Estate's luxury brand identity
- Manage and organize raw footage and maintain an efficient content library
- Operate professional cameras, drones (where licensed), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience as a Videographer & Video Editor, preferably in real estate, luxury lifestyle, or hospitality
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional video production and editing work
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
- Experience using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment
- Creative storytelling skills with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience as a Videographer & Video Editor, preferably in real estate, luxury lifestyle, or hospitality.
