Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Real Estate experience
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred

- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- UAE Driving License preferred

Sales Manager – Real Estate
- GR8 Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with proven leadership skills to build, develop, and drive a high performing real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day to day performance of the sales team.
