Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging videos
Ensure clarity of message using a strong command of the English language to script, caption, and edit video content
Incorporate graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound design to enhance video presentations
Maintain brand consistency, tone, and professional quality across all internal video content
Handle on site video shooting, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, framing, and shot composition
Work closely with internal teams and department heads during shoots to ensure smooth execution
Ensure high quality raw footage by following best practices in cinematography, lighting, and sound recording
Manage and organize video assets, including raw footage, audio files, and project backups
Collaborate with the communications team to understand internal messaging goals
Work with department heads to support internal initiatives, policies, and employee engagement strategies through video

Requirements

Proven experience as a Video Editor, with hands on experience in video shooting and corporate/internal video production preferred
Advanced knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
Experience handling professional cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and basic production gear
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Strong ability to translate complex ideas into simple, clear, and engaging video content
Detail oriented with a keen eye for visual, grammatical, and factual accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, and sound design is an advantage
Familiarity with corporate communication strategies and internal engagement tools

Incorporate graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound design to enhance video presentations and make complex information more engaging.
Maintain brand consistency, tone, and professional quality across all internal video content
Handle on site video shooting, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, framing, and shot composition.
Work closely with internal teams and department heads during shoots to ensure smooth execution and clear delivery of messages.
Ensure high quality raw footage by following best practices in cinematography, lighting, and sound recording
Manage and organize video assets, including raw footage, audio files, and project backups.
Collaborate with the communications team to understand internal messaging goals and translate them into effective video content.
Work with department heads to support internal initiatives, policies, and employee engagement strategies through video.

Qualifications
