As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Video Editor with Video Shoot experience and a strong command of English to produce high-quality internal communication materials that engage, inform, and inspire our team.

Edit and produce engaging videos

2.Ensure clarity of message using a strong command of the English language to script, caption, and edit video content, focusing on tone, grammar, and audience comprehension.

3.

Incorporate graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound design to enhance video presentations and make complex information more engaging.

4.Maintain brand consistency, tone, and professional quality across all internal video content

5.

Handle on-site video shooting, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, framing, and shot composition.

6.

Work closely with internal teams and department heads during shoots to ensure smooth execution and clear delivery of messages.

7.Ensure high-quality raw footage by following best practices in cinematography, lighting, and sound recording

8.

Manage and organize video assets, including raw footage, audio files, and project backups.

9.Collaborate with the communications team to understand internal messaging goals and translate them into effective video content.

10.Work with department heads to support internal initiatives, policies, and employee engagement strategies through video.

11.Actively seek feedback from management and team members to continuously improve video quality and effectiveness.

12.Stay updated on best practices and trends in corporate video production and internal communications.
