- Lead content creation, including social media posts, stories, and campaign visuals
- Define and establish visual tone and brand aesthetics based on industry trends and client requirements
- Develop cohesive visual direction and branding guidelines for clients
- Plan, develop, and oversee social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
- Stay updated on the latest design tools, technologies, and social media trends
- Create original, brand aligned creative concepts and messaging
- Conduct in depth market research and competitor analysis to support creative strategies
- Capture high quality photos and digital assets when required
- Perform detailed competitive research and understand client requirements thoroughly
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve project output and overall quality
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field with strong visualization skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Prior experience in an Advertising or Marketing Agency is highly preferred
- Ability to lead creatively, mentor junior designers, and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
