The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shoot and edit engaging, high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and 8+ minute long-form YouTube videos on a daily schedule.
• Take 100% ownership of the set. You will be responsible for setting up and operating professional production equipment, staging professional lighting to create a premium aesthetic, and ensuring flawless audio (using dual microphones/podcast setups).
• Proactively capture all necessary assets during shoots, including B-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and high-quality thumbnail photos without needing to be reminded.
• Edit footage quickly and creatively, ensuring natural audio syncing, engaging pacing, and professional color grading.
• Manage your own daily delivery schedule. We respect our creatives and trust you to deliver your final edits by the end of each workday.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio of both short-form and long-form content.
• **Hands-on experience with professional production equipment and lighting** (key lights, softboxes, stabilizers, etc.) to ensure a high-end corporate look.
• Deep technical knowledge of professional audio setups, including lavalier mics, dual-mic conversation setups, and smartphone integrations.
• A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset. You are the kind of professional who always tests the audio and checks the lighting before starting a session.
• Strong editing skills using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, etc.).
• A positive, "can-do" attitude. You take feedback well, communicate proactively if you face a technical hurdle, and love collaborating with a team.
