Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and internal communications
- Capture high quality footage of properties, events, interviews, and promotional content
- Edit videos using industry standard software while maintaining brand consistency
- Create engaging short form and long form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop content concepts and storyboards
- Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
- Stay up to date with the latest video production trends and social media best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Videographer, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a creative agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and video composition
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, and professional video cameras
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills

Job Description – Videographer
- We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Videographer to join our Marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high quality video content that showcases our brand, projects, and events across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
