We are looking for an innovative Creative & Content Strategist to shape our brand narrative and drive compelling content across all digital and offline channels.

As our Creative & Content Strategist, you will be the voice and visionary behind our luxury brand.

You will bridge the gap between creative design and marketing strategy, developing high-converting content that elevates our off-plan projects and corporate identity.

From scripting property tour videos to writing high-end brochures and managing social media narratives, you will ensure every touchpoint screams luxury and exclusivity.

⁠ ⁠Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing, and corporate communications.

⁠ ⁠Copywriting & Storytelling: Write compelling, premium copy for project brochures, website landing pages, press releases, and performance marketing ads.

⁠ ⁠Creative Direction: Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and 3D rendering agencies to ensure visual assets perfectly align with the brand’s narrative and tone of voice.

⁠ ⁠Campaign Management: Brainstorm and lead the creative rollout for new project launches, ensuring a cohesive story from teaser to handover.

⁠ ⁠Trend Spotting & Analytics: Monitor real estate and luxury lifestyle trends.

Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, CTR) to continuously optimize the content strategy.

⁠ ⁠Brand Guardianship: Ensure all external and internal communications strictly adhere to the Prestige One brand guidelines.

⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or creative marketing, preferably within UAE Real Estate, Luxury Hospitality, or high-end agencies.

⁠ ⁠Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms (e.g., corporate LinkedIn vs. visual Instagram).

⁠ ⁠A strong creative eye with experience directing photo shoots, property tours, and video content.

⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing principles.

⁠ ⁠A portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns, strong copywriting, and creative strategies.
