Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture professional-quality photos and videos of real estate listings, company events, and team features.
  • Produce short and long-form videos for social media, websites, and advertisements.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project needs and creative direction.
  • Manage and maintain photography/videography equipment.
  • Organize digital assets and maintain a visual content library.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in real estate content, videography, and social media visuals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a videographer and photographer , preferably in the real estate industry .
  • Proficiency with camera equipment.
  • Strong video editing and photo retouching skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Light room, Photoshop).
  • Solid portfolio showcasing real estate shoots, promotional content, and social media videos.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Photography, or a related field (preferred).
  • UAE driving license.(with Car)
  • Knowledge of social media content creation trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
