- Plan, shoot, and produce high quality video content showcasing medical procedures, patient journeys, educational programs, and hospital events
- Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to develop concepts
- Operate cameras and related equipment, set up lighting and audio
- Ensure footage meets brand and regulatory standards
- Edit videos for various channels
- Organize and archive video assets
- Adapt content for social media, web, and internal training platforms
- Support live event coverage, recording conferences, workshops, and trainings
Requirements
- Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and post production editing
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of professional video cameras
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor, outdoor, and clinical environments
- Experience in shooting video in dynamic settings such as medical procedures, events, and interviews
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic audio recording
- Ability to follow visual brand guidelines and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field

Role Description
- Plan, shoot, and produce high quality video content that showcases medical procedures, patient journeys (where appropriate), educational programs, and hospital events.
- Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to develop concepts.
- Operate cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting and audio.
- Ensure footage meets brand and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
