Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Jr. Social Media Marketing role based in Dubai.
  • The Jr. Social Media Marketing specialist will support the hospital’s online presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms aligned with the brand and marketing objectives.
  • Day to day responsibilities include assisting with campaign planning, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and inquiries, and coordinating with clinical and marketing teams to highlight services, educational events, and patient focused initiatives.
  • The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to increase reach, engagement, and awareness of the hospital’s services and education programs.
  • The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent, professional, and culturally sensitive online voice.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaigns and brand awareness.
  • Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop posts, visuals, and basic campaign concepts.
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams and respond appropriately to online audiences.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or 6months 1year of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a multicultural environment and strong professional ethics regarding privacy and confidentiality.
