- Perform post operative tasks including instrument handling, waste segregation, and re stocking supplies
- Collaborate with surgical team and follow hospital protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Recognized OT Technician diploma or equivalent healthcare qualification
- Current DHA eligibility letter or active DHA license
- Previous experience as OT Technician or similar perioperative role
- Knowledge of infection control, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and on call
- Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage

Role Description
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all required instruments, equipment, and supplies are available, sterilized, and functioning.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation, maintain aseptic techniques, handle instruments during procedures, and monitor equipment.
- Perform post operative tasks such as safe instrument handling, waste segregation, re stocking supplies, and preparing theatre for subsequent surgeries.
- Collaborate closely with surgical team, follow hospital protocols and safety standards, and contribute to efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in operating theatre preparation and support, including handling of surgical equipment, instruments, and sterilization processes.
- Ability to manage and adjust operating theatre lighting and environmental controls.
- Strong customer service orientation with focus on patient care, empathy, and clear communication.
- Recognized OT Technician diploma or equivalent healthcare qualification with current registration or eligibility as per UAE regulations.
- Previous experience as OT Technician or similar perioperative role, preferably in cosmetic, plastic, or surgical settings.
- Knowledge of infection control, sterile techniques, patient safety standards, and operating room protocols.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and on call duties.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages an advantage.
- MUST HAVE DHA ELIGIBILITY LETTER OR ACTIVE DHA LICENSE.
