Dop-Videographer (Finance Content & Media Production)

Role Summary

• We are looking for a
• highly creative and execution-driven DOP cum Videographer
• who can handle
• visual content production
• — from conceptualization to final output (in association with the editing team).
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a
• premium financial brand presence
• through:
• Cinematic videos
• High-conversion reels
• Podcast production
• Professional photography
• Script ideation & storytelling
• This role is

• We are looking for someone who has worked in the Financial Markets or Forex Industry only

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and execute:
• Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts (high engagement format)
• Educational finance videos
• Promotional content (courses, webinars, broker services)
• Corporate branding videos
• Handle camera angles, lighting setups, framing, and motion

Podcast Production

• Setup and shoot multi-camera podcast sessions
• Manage:
• Audio quality (mic setup, noise control)
• Lighting for studio shoots
• Background aesthetics and composition
• Ensure professional output comparable to global finance podcasts

Capture

• Corporate headshots
• Event coverage (seminars, expos, workshops)
• Social media branding photos
• Deliver polished, high-resolution images aligned with brand identity

Script Writing & Content Ideation

• Collaborate with mentor/management to:
• Convert financial concepts into engaging scripts
• Create hooks, storytelling angles, and viral content structures
• Write:
• Short-form scripts (Reels)
• Long-form video outlines
• Podcast flow structures

Post-Production

• Coordinate with the editing team to get the final product in-time.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• DSLR / Mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon preferred)
• Lighting setups (softbox, key-fill-backlight)
• Audio equipment (lapel, shotgun mics)
• Advanced video editing skills
• Basic color grading knowledge

Creative Skills

• Strong visual storytelling ability
• Understanding of:
• Social media trends
• Attention economy
• Hook-based content creation
• Ability to think like a
• content strategist, not just a videographer

Experience In

• Finance / trading niche content-

Mandatory

• YouTube channel growth
• Viral reel production
• Knowledge of:
• Branding psychology
• Conversion-focused content

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in video production
• Energetic, proactive, and idea-driven
• Comfortable working in fast-paced content environment
• Strong ownership mindset (very important)
• Passion for building a

Work Structure
