This is a leadership role within the executive team, focused on building high-performing teams, expanding market reach, and strengthening client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute
- global sales strategy

- through retail acquisition & IB partnerships
- Build, lead, and mentor
- high-performing international sales teams
- Develop and expand
- IB & affiliate networks
- Acquire and manage
- high-net-worth clients (HNI)

- Collaborate with
- marketing, product, and support teams
- Track and optimize performance using

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business / Finance / Economics (MBA preferred)
- 8–15 years in
Forex And Cfd And Financial Trading Sales
- Minimum 5+ years in
- sales leadership roles
- Experience managing
- international sales teams
- Strong track record in
- IB partnerships & client acquisition
