The Video Teller is responsible for providing a variety of customer service functions and financial transactions via Live Teller ATMs.

Responsible for balancing each day’s transactions, verifying transaction totals, maintaining a strong working knowledge of all bank products, and performing a variety of additional customer service functions while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

General Description

The Video Teller is responsible for providing a variety of customer service functions and financial transactions via Live Teller ATMs.

Essential Duties

Processes all Live Teller ATM transactions via video interaction efficiently and accurately while providing exemplary customer service and representing the bank in a courteous and professional manner. Transactions are processed utilizing telephone headset, camera, and remote Live Teller ATM equipment. This duty is performed about 40% of the time.
Responsible for answering customer and account questions and providing support for customers utilizing the Live Teller ATM. This duty is performed about 30% of the time.
Completes all reports, department functions, special projects, and additional duties as assigned. This duty is performed about 20% of the time.
Ensures effective implementation of bank security policies and procedures, and completes annual training include BSA, fraud and security training. This duty is performed about 10% of the time.
