- May involve basic photography, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and staying up to date with new media trends and best practices
Requirements
- Strong skills in Video Production and Media Production, including planning, shooting, and managing video projects
- Proficiency in Video Editing using industry standard software and workflows
- Experience with Photography and New Media, especially content for social platforms and digital campaigns
- Knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera equipment, with the ability to produce high quality visual content
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing video and media projects for commercial or marketing purposes
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse, fast paced team environment

Role Description
- The Video Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This position is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that promotes the company’s products, services, and brand across digital platforms.
- Day to day tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop video concepts, setting up lighting and audio equipment, capturing high quality footage, and producing engaging video content for social media, web, and in store displays.
- The Video Specialist will manage video assets, ensure consistent visual branding, and optimize content for different formats and channels.
- The role may also involve basic photography, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and staying up to date with new media trends and best practices.
Qualifications
