Responsibilities
- Handle payment defaults, collections, and recovery cases related to lease to own agreements
- Manage and follow up on legal procedures with Dubai Police, Public Prosecution, and Courts
- Draft, review, and enforce lease to own contracts, legal notices, settlement agreements, and NOCs
- Follow up on overdue payments, bounced cheques, and contract breaches
- Maintain accurate legal documentation, case files, and internal records
- Coordinate with external lawyers, recovery agents, and government authorities
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Good command of English
- Proven experience in legal handling and collections, preferably within lease to own, car rental, or automotive sectors
- Strong knowledge of UAE legal procedures and enforcement processes
- Ability to work independently, professionally, and under pressure
- Must be based in Dubai

Job Overview
