About the Role
Al Tawkel Real Estate seeks a creative Video Editor to produce bold, engaging short-form content for social media. You will edit 10-20 videos per week for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, using trends and fast cuts to drive engagement.

Responsibilities
- Edit 10–20 short form videos per week for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Create high energy, trend driven edits using fast cuts, memes, sound effects, text overlays, and transitions
- Stay daily on social media trends – audio, formats, hooks, and editing styles – and apply them within hours
- Collaborate with the real estate team to film on site (apartments, villas, off plan projects) and in office
- Optimise videos for each platform (aspect ratios, captions, CTAs) to maximise views and retention
- Track video performance (views, watch time, shares, comments) and iterate to improve metrics
- Occasionally edit longer form content (property tours, market updates) for YouTube or LinkedIn
Requirements
- 2+ years of video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing short form social media content (Reels/TikToks that got views)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Deep understanding of current social media trends – audio memes, transitions, pacing, and hooks
- Ability to edit fast – turn around a trend based video within 2–4 hours
- Creative instinct for what makes people watch, like, comment, and share
- Basic colour grading and audio mixing skills
- Hungry for views – you check your own video analytics and celebrate high retention
- Experience editing real estate or lifestyle content (nice to have)
- Basic filming skills (gimbal, smartphone cinematography, lighting) (nice to have)
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) (nice to have)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Video Editor who is creative, raw, skilled, and hungry for views.
- You live and breathe TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- You’ll turn property walkthroughs, client testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes clips into addictive short‑form videos that drive engagement and conversions.

- Motion graphics or simple animation skills (After Effects).
- Understanding of real estate marketing (what buyers want to see).
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Post 50+ Reels/TikToks that generate 500k+ total organic views.
- Achieve average retention >60% on short‑form videos.
- Grow Al Tawkel Real Estate’s social following by 200% across platforms.
- Produce at least 3 viral‑style edits (100k+ views each) using trending audio/formats.
- Build a repeatable trend‑monitoring and rapid‑editing workflow.
