About Us

  • We are a premium luxury apparel platform serving discerning customers in the UK and US.

Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced AD Specialist who will own, manage, and optimise all paid advertising channels for our e commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage daily campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (including PMax, Shopping, Search, Retargeting).
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximise ROAS and CAC efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, events, and UTM parameters.
  • Analyse performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and provide weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets across campaigns and allocate spend based on seasonality and product launches.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad formats (Reels, carousel, collection ads, dynamic product ads).
  • Collaborate with the content writer and video editor to produce ad creative that converts luxury shoppers.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes (iOS14+, cookie deprecation), and new ad formats.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • 3+ years of hands on experience in e commerce paid ads (Meta + Google Ads), with proven results.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Audience targeting, Advantage+, catalog sales).
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, Display) and experience with Merchant Center.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio / Data Studio).
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting tracking (GTM, Facebook CAPI, Google Tag).
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets comfort.
  • Ability to manage monthly ad budgets of $20k+ and deliver positive ROAS.
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Nice to have (Strongly Preferred)

  • Experience with luxury or fashion e commerce (higher AOV, longer consideration cycles).
  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Snapchat Ads.
  • Familiarity with email/SMS retargeting (Klaviyo) to support full funnel strategy.
  • Experience with creative testing platforms (CreativeX, Motion).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and CRO principles.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Achieve a consistent ROAS of 3x+ (or better) across Meta and Google campaigns.
  • Reduce CPA by 20% from initial benchmarks through audience and creative optimisation.
  • Launch and scale at least 3 new campaign types (e.g., PMax, Advantage+ Shopping, Retargeting).
  • Implement full conversion tracking and a weekly reporting dashboard.
  • Deliver a 30 day paid media roadmap aligned with UK/US seasonality and luxury shopping behaviour.
