Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage daily campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROAS
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, events, and UTM parameters
- Analyze performance data and provide weekly reports with actionable insights
- Manage budgets across campaigns and allocate spend based on seasonality
- Conduct A/B testing on ad formats
- Collaborate with content writer and video editor to produce ad creative
- Stay ahead of platform updates and privacy changes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on experience in e commerce paid ads (Meta + Google Ads)
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, Display) and experience with Merchant Center
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio)
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting tracking (GTM, Facebook CAPI, Google Tag)
- Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets comfort
- Ability to manage monthly ad budgets of $20k+ and deliver positive ROAS
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills

Role Overview
- Own, manage, and optimize all paid advertising channels for e commerce.
- Drive profitable customer acquisition and retention through Meta and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage daily campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Experience with creative testing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and CRO principles.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Achieve consistent ROAS of 3x+ across Meta and Google campaigns.
- Reduce CPA by 20% from initial benchmarks.
- Launch and scale at least 3 new campaign types.
- Implement full conversion tracking and weekly reporting dashboard.
- Deliver a 30 day paid media roadmap aligned with UK/US seasonality.

Salary Range
