Role Overview

  • Own, manage, and optimize all paid advertising channels for e commerce.
  • Drive profitable customer acquisition and retention through Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage daily campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, events, and UTM parameters.
  • Analyze performance data and provide weekly reports.
  • Manage budgets across campaigns and allocate spend.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad formats.
  • Collaborate with content writer and video editor.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and privacy changes.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • 3+ years of hands on experience in e commerce paid ads (Meta + Google Ads).
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, Display) and Merchant Center experience.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting tracking (GTM, Facebook CAPI, Google Tag).
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets comfort.
  • Ability to manage monthly ad budgets of $20k+ and deliver positive ROAS.
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with luxury or fashion e commerce.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Snapchat Ads.
  • Familiarity with email/SMS retargeting (Klaviyo).
  • Experience with creative testing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and CRO principles.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Achieve consistent ROAS of 3x+ across Meta and Google campaigns.
  • Reduce CPA by 20% from initial benchmarks.
  • Launch and scale at least 3 new campaign types.
  • Implement full conversion tracking and weekly reporting dashboard.
  • Deliver a 30 day paid media roadmap aligned with UK/US seasonality.

Salary Range
