Key Responsibilities

  • Developing creative concepts, sketches, and storyboards for motion graphics and visual content.
  • Creating and animating graphic elements, typography, illustrations, and compositions for digital platforms.
  • Applying design principles, visual hierarchy, composition, color, and typography to create engaging visual solutions.
  • Designing motion graphics for social media, digital ads, video content, and other communication materials.
  • Creating animations, transitions, and visual effects following modern design standards.
  • Working with motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Transforming creative ideas and briefs into clear and visually appealing animated solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, design, developers) and colleagues to develop and deliver creative solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Following trends in motion design, animation, digital media, and new technologies.
  • Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
  • Developing ideas and completing tasks according to the direction of the manager or project team.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools such as 3Ds Max, Blender, and similar software is considered an advantage.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills.
  • Strong knowledge of motion design principles, animation, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant design and video editing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and create engaging animations and digital content for various platforms.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into effective visual solutions.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software such as 3Ds Max, Blender, or similar tools is considered a plus.

Budget

  • The budget for this position is AED 8,000 per month.
  • The final salary will be determined after reviewing your portfolio and completing the interview process, based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
