Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English with clear, neutral or native level accent
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales, business development, client relations, or investment services
- Previous experience in a leadership or team management role highly preferred
- Experience working with US clients or within the US market is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools
