Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified private and institutional investors.
  • Present the company’s investment products and services professionally and confidently.
  • Provide clients with accurate and up to date information regarding available investment opportunities.
  • Respond to client inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat communication channels.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the company CRM system.
  • Deliver high quality client support while contributing to overall team goals and performance.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company services, products, and internal procedures.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Fluency in French is required, with a good understanding of spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in client relations, customer support, call center operations, or sales is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, confident, and client oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail oriented personality.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
