- Present the company’s investment products and services professionally and confidently
- Provide clients with accurate and up to date information regarding available investment opportunities
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat communication channels
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the company CRM system
- Deliver high quality client support while contributing to overall team goals and performance
- Continuously improve knowledge of company services, products, and internal procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in French is required, with a good understanding of spoken and written English
- Previous experience in client relations, customer support, call center operations, or sales is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and client oriented approach
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Responsible, proactive, and detail oriented personality
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
