As a Video Content Producer & Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual narratives that drive engagement across multi-channel campaigns.

This role requires a balance of creative vision and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Lead the planning, filming, and editing of video content from inception to final delivery, ensuring all projects stay on track.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous reviews of all video assets to ensure they are high-performing, culturally relevant, and free of basic errors in design or thought.
- Workflow Management: Manage internal and external resources, utilizing provided templates to maintain consistency and operational efficiency.
- Event Coverage: Provide full coverage for major events and projects, which may include weekend work and flexible hours to meet evolving project timelines.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure visual content accurately reflects client narratives and strategic goals.
- Motion Graphic Development: Create visually compelling motion graphics and typography animations that align with campaign objectives and brand identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in professional camera operation, lighting, and sound, as well as advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality assets under tight deadlines, particularly for large-scale events.
- A sharp eye for continuity, colour grading, and linguistic accuracy, ensuring all localized content meets our agency standards.
- The ability to work within a hybrid schedule (Monday–Wednesday in-office; Thursday–Friday WFH) while remaining flexible during peak event periods.
- Previous experience in a creative agency or fast-paced environment in the UAE is highly preferred.
- A valid UAE Driving License is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Advanced motion graphics capabilities, particularly in creating clean, engaging, and creatively animated typography for video content.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video enhancement and post-production tools is an added advantage.
