- Assist in the delivery of nuanced communications strategies tailored for government stakeholders and diverse public sector audiences.
- Lead the translation and cultural adaptation of PR and marketing collateral from English to Arabic, ensuring total accuracy and resonance for official UAE communications.
- Support the wider team in cultivating and maintaining relationships with regional media outlets to identify and secure high impact client coverage.
- Conduct deep dive research into industry topics and emerging media trends to identify fresh content opportunities and executive speaking leads.
- Track media coverage and analyse key metrics to quantify the value of PR results, using data to inform future planning for government accounts.
- Maintain high standards of administrative excellence by managing media lists, internal trackers, and client reporting workstreams to ensure seamless account operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Strategic Communications, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported UAE government entities.
- Native or professional level bilingualism (English and Arabic) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills is essential.
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape and how social media amplifies traditional PR messaging.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive, 'ownership' mindset when supporting high stakes client needs.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days flex). Immediate start preferred.

Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Bilingual PR Account Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team for an immediate start (29 June 2026).
- In this role, you will act as a vital engine for the tactical execution of integrated communications plans, primarily supporting a prestigious portfolio of UAE government entities.
- You will focus on high quality content architecture, proactive media relations, and ensuring all bilingual output meets the rigorous standards required for official public sector communications.
