Role Overview

Past engineering experience with platforms requiring high resilience, security and scale and experience in the financial services context (banks and capital market firms) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering of platforms and solutions for multiple complex technology programs across domains, aligned to defined business and technology outcomes
- Mentor teams and leaders across Solutioning, Engineering and Delivery.
- Work closely with CXOs, MDs and senior stakeholders , providing strategic guidance, initiative scoping, estimation, structuring and solutioning inputs and taking accountability for outcomes
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams , fostering innovation and delivery excellence
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and technologies including AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud platforms
- Ensure best practices across software engineering, DevOps, SRE and agile methodologies
