Overview

We are seeking a high-performing VP of Sales to lead our global cross-border crypto payment business.

This role focuses on stablecoin-based payment solutions and will cover EMEA region.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in international payments with strong product knowledge and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Crypto experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for candidates with exceptional payment industry credentials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the sales strategy and execution for global cross-border crypto payment solutions, including stablecoin-based products.
  • Develop and own the full commercial and go-to-market strategy for BizPay in the EMEA region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team capable of penetrating and expanding target markets.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders (e.g., neo-banks, payment processors, corporate treasuries).
  • Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain deep understanding of international payment infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and crypto payment trends.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in international payments, fintech, or crypto payment solutions, with a proven leadership track record.
  • Solid experience in product-led sales and understanding of payment infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business across multiple regions.
  • Strong relationships and network within international payments and financial services.
  • Preferably experience with crypto or digital assets, particularly stablecoins.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and ownership of outcomes.
