Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Contractor to support hiring for our Global New Market Expansion team over a 6-month period.
This role will play a critical part in building new country teams across multiple jurisdictions, including senior commercial, regulatory, and operational leadership hires.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable hiring across different regions, time zones, and regulatory landscapes.
This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and performance.
1.Expansion-Focused Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for new market build-outs across multiple jurisdictions
- Hire key roles including Country Head, Compliance, Sales, BD, Risk, MLRO, Payments, Partnerships, and Operations
- Partner closely with senior leadership to define market entry hiring roadmap
2.Strategic Talent Mapping & Referral Channel Building
- Conduct market intelligence research on talent pools, competitors, and compensation benchmarks
- Build proactive pipelines for critical leadership and regulated roles
- Develop and expand external referral channels including industry networks, advisors, and ecosystem partners
- Strengthen long-term talent communities to support future expansion markets
3.Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as a recruitment partner to business, compliance, and expansion teams
- Drive hiring timelines tied to expansion milestones
- Coordinate cross-border interviews and offer negotiations
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with international hiring exposure
- Strong experience hiring senior, regulated, or business-critical roles
- Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions simultaneously
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Highly Preferred
- Experience in crypto, Web3, or payments industry
- Experience supporting global expansion or license-driven hiring
- Familiarity with regulatory roles such as MLRO, Compliance Officer, or Country Head
- Immediate availability preferred
