Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including team supervision, decision making, and strategic planning.
- Experience in program or project management, with the ability to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate initiatives.
- Strong financial and organizational skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and basic understanding of nonprofit or social sector operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge or experience in social work, community development, disability support, or related fields focused on self determination and empowerment.
- Ability to work on site in Ranchi, maintain a consistent full time presence, and adapt to local community needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, social sciences, public administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.

Role Description
- This full time, on site Owner role at Dispositif de Soutien à l'Autodétermination Normandie is based in Ranchi and is responsible for overall strategic direction and operational management of the organization.
- The Owner oversees program design and delivery, ensures alignment with the organization’s mission of supporting self determination, and manages key stakeholder relationships, including partners, community organizations, and beneficiaries.
- Daily responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring budgets and resource allocation, reviewing performance indicators, and making data informed decisions to improve services.
