Job Description
- As owner of Krue Studio, you are responsible for strategic vision, operational management, and business development.
- Coordinate projects, supervise budgets, make key decisions, and represent the studio with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Lead and mentor the team, define priorities, implement efficient processes, and ensure quality of creative deliverables.
- Identify new market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Full time, on site position in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Qualifications
- Experience in business or studio management: ability to lead a structure, define strategy, manage resources and budgets.
- Management and leadership skills: ability to supervise a team, delegate, motivate, manage priorities, and support talent development.
- Sales and client relationship skills: experience in portfolio development, contract negotiation, and managing long term relationships.
- Organizational and planning skills: ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and implement efficient processes.
- Knowledge of creative or digital sector: strong interest in design, content creation, digital tools, and market trends.
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and English, decision making and problem solving abilities.
