Cloud and data center costs
Capacity and storage growth
Vendor and tooling expenses
Opportunities for automation, consolidation or global delivery
Cost per service, product or transaction where practical
Deliver measurable improvements in infrastructure economics without compromising availability, resilience, security or customer experience. This is a full-time and remote position based in the U.S. or Canada. We prefer the ideal candidate to be close to one of the Sectigo offices.
The targeted compensation package for this role is between USD 180,000 and USD 220,000 per annum, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields is strongly recommended. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience across infrastructure, cloud operations, SRE, DevOps or enterprise technology operations.
Experience leading a global infrastructure or operations organization of comparable scale and complexity.
Demonstrated success modernizing a traditional infrastructure operating model.
Experience establishing measurable operational performance using SLAs, SLOs, availability, incident, recovery and delivery metrics.
Strong experience with public cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Experience improving collaboration between infrastructure and software engineering teams.
Demonstrated use of automation, infrastructure as code, observability and modern operational practices.
Experience managing infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships and cost-optimization programs.
Experience establishing or operating global 24×7 delivery capabilities.
Strong executive communication and organizational change-management skills.
