Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CIMA highly desirable
- Minimum 8 12 years of progressive finance experience, including 4 6 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Experience working in multinational organizations or diversified business groups preferred
- Proven track record in financial strategy, business planning, and organizational growth
- Strong leadership and financial management capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, results driven environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
